On May 25, 2009 we took a 2 hour sightseeing cruise on the Columbia Gorge Sternwheeler. Since it was a windy day there were a number of windsurfers and kite boarders. Here are some pictures from the trip.

On May 24, 2009 we took a trip to Cape Meares and Oceanside Beach to see the lighthouse, the octopus tree and the Three Arch Rocks. Here are the pictures from the trip.

On January 11, 2009 we took a trip to the Oregon Coast First we went to see the Heceta Head Lighthouse and then we continued on to Cape Perpetua. Here are some pictures from the trip.

On October 22, 2008 I drove a friend from Indiana out to Multnomah Falls so she could see more of Oregon than just Portland. Here are some pictures from that day .

 On August 23, 2008 we took a trip up to the Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument. Here are some pictures from that trip.

On March 25, 2008 we visited the Oregon Coast Aquarium and then continued on into Newport, OR to see the Yaquina Bay and Yaquina Head lighthouses. Here are some pictures .

On December 8, 2007 we celebrated my youngest son's 16th birthday by taking a cruise on the Willamette River on the Columbia Gorge stern wheel boat. Here are some pictures taken during the cruise .
